Most people like to stay indoors when the cold Canadian winter descends,
but not The Cooking Show crew - when the snow starts falling, these guys
pack their down sleeping bags and head up north for some extreme winter
camping.
Freezing temperatures call for a hearty, energy-packed meal that's
quick and easy to prepare, so in this episode Alex makes a big bowl
of chili over the campfire while he and Jeff try to keep the beers
from turning into popsicles. Not wanting to take it easy, the guys
first whip up a simple appetizer of smoked salmon and rainbow trout
amongst the stunning snow-laden backdrop of Ontario's Killarney Provincial Park.
